What We Do

EF3 is dedicated to providing the necessary tools and support for each child to become a successful and well-rounded adult. We have created a program around the values that we believe will help us achieve this result. These values are based on lessons that we each learned from Eleanor Fuller, values that she shared with countless kids and parents throughout her life. 

1. Start Early

We believe in the importance of the early childhood years. These years are pivotal in building a foundation for strong character and habits of success. EF3’s program allows us to help build this foundation by partnering with kids at a young age.

2. Level The Playing Field

We believe that all kids can excel in school when given the right encouragement and the proper tools. We also believe that extra-curricular activities are an invaluable part of building character at a young age. EF3’s program provides the necessary resources to ensure that more kids have these opportunities.

3. Stay Involved

We believe that creating a long-term impact requires consistency. EF3’s program is designed to support each child throughout their formative years. Our pledge is not for a one-time event, but instead is for a long-term relationship that will continue to build confidence for each child.  

4. Help Them Help

We believe that anyone can help their community and anyone can make a difference. The last phase of EF3’s program is centered around helping each child find ways to become involved and give back. This will ensure that our impact is far greater than just the children who join EF3.
