We here at EF3 are dedicated to finding local kids that are in need of some extra support in life. Selecting kids through an application process allows us to pinpoint where we can help with the most impact. EF3 has a belief that stems from Eleanor Fuller which is that small impacts over time help develop a persons character. This is the base to our foundation. Following these ideas below is our plan on how we can give back to the community.

1. Start Early... By bringing kids into EF3 at an early age we believe we can start to help as soon as possible. By providing our members with the means to succeed as soon as possible we can help encourage each child to strive to find the right path in life while they are still young and dreaming of where life can take them. 

2. Stay Involved... Our promise to each child we pair up with is simple. WE WONT QUIT. Through the good times and the bad, we will be available to help to the best of our abilities. Helping the local youth grow into responsible adults is our goal and we can only do that by standing side by side with them as they face adversity. Through our life experiences and through generous donations we can provide the financial stability in school and extracurricular activities along with stead fast advice and motivation. 

3. Help Them Help... Our community and others like it are only as strong as the weakest link. As this world changes and evolves, EF3 believes we have to continue making a difference at every level. By guiding our members through the early years of their lives, our hope is to watch them help us give back to the coming members. Helping and teaching can come full circle here at EF3 as we continue adding new members and watching our Alumni of the program give back to support what helped them. 

This is no small commitment. We are going to stand side by side with our kids as mentors and supportive adults. Working closely with the families involved, we believe that from 3rd grade till high school graduation day, EF3 can become a staple in the lives of many.
